A finely carved limewood bracket table by Thomas Wilkinson Wallis (1821–1903), signed and dated 1861. Wallis was a renowned Louth woodcarver known for his lifelike natural studies, many of which are displayed in the Louth Museum.

 

This piece features detailed heron carvings, showcasing Wallis’s precision and artistry. Presented in reasonable condition for its age, with light wear consistent with use.
